Our career began back in 1963 as a branch office. Since then, we have matured into a company with more than 20 employees and a large product portfolio. Our claim has always remained the same: quality-oriented project management.

Krampe GmbH Co KG was founded in 1963 as a branch office under the name "Krampe Hattingen Bergbaubedarf GmbH / Niederlassung Pelkum". Our origins as a supplier to the local mining industry laid the foundation for our development into a modern and versatile company.
In 1974, we became the market leader in the field of sloping and swivel technology. This market leadership was the result of years of hard work, innovation and customer orientation.
In 1994, we relocated our headquarters from Hattingen to Hamm-Pelkum.
In 1997, we introduced the ISO 9001 quality management system. This certification underlined our commitment to the highest quality standards.
In 2002, we entered the conveyor technology sector, specifically the production of parcel and luggage chutes. This step opened up new markets and opportunities for us to expand our technical capabilities and diversify our product range.
Takeover of the general cargo technology division of Wöhr and rise to market leader in the field of spiral chutes
2005 was an important year for us. We expanded our production capacity to around 3200 m² to meet the increasing demand. We also took over the general cargo technology division of Wöhr and became the market leader in the area of spiral chutes.
In 2011, we acquired an adjacent plot of land with an area of around 8,500 m². This strategic expansion offered us additional space for future growth and the opportunity to further expand our production capacities.
In 2017, we built a new development and assembly hall with an area of 800 m². This modern facility was equipped with advanced technology and offered ideal conditions for the development and assembly of our products.
In 2022, we significantly expanded our administrative and production capacities. This expansion supported our continuous growth and enabled us to work more efficiently and productively.
Over the years, we have expanded our production space to over 5000 m². With the new development hall, we can offer our customers the best possible service by testing new products live and promptly for series production. This investment enables us to respond more quickly to customer requests and develop innovative solutions.
